She studied painting at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera in Milan, where she graduated in 1990 under professors Glauco Baruzzi and Giuseppe Maraniello. She completed her Master’s degree in printmaking at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana, where she studied printmaking with Prof. Lojze Logar and painting with Prof. Gustav Gnamuš.
She has received 16 national awards and one international award for her work. She works in painting, graphics and design.
