Fran Klemenčič (1880 – 1961)

Klemenčič was born in 1880 in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

In his youth, he already studied church sculpture. Later he attended the Arts and Crafts School in Ljubljana. He studied painting in Vienna and Munich, where he graduated from in 1905.

He exhibited at many exhibitions in Europe.

Klemenčič painted with oil paints, watercolors and pastels.

He passed away in 1961 in Ljubljana.
